Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays may occur due to volume of orders or postal service. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within 15 miles of Wilmington, NC. For orders under $25, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10AM-2PM on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Odin’s Intuitive Apothecary is available in person at Axes and Allies located at 1122 S. 3rd Street in Wilmington, North Carolina. I can deliver products for pick-up at that location Tuesday through Saturday after 5PM. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@odinsintuitiveapothecary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
